Cadillac continues to strengthen its commitment to Swiss owners, expanding its aftersales network to offer reliable, premium support across the country.
At the center of this network is the Hedin Automotive Service Center and Center of Excellence in Dielsdorf, supported by a strong alliance of established Cadillac service partners, including Zünd MobilCenter AG, ST Dynamics AG, Garage Matter AG, Belwag Bern AG, Carrosserie Roland Winiger SA, Garage Lacilla SA, Emil Frey AG Basel, Carrozzeria Gorla SA, Carrosserie Bruno SA, and several additional partners soon to join.
This collective expertise already provides comprehensive nationwide coverage, ensuring short travel distances and consistently high service standards for customers throughout Switzerland.Through a strategic partnership with Best Drive Switzerland, Cadillac is enhancing its service experience—reflecting the brand’s tradition of reliability and attention to detail.This reach is now further extended: 19 Best Drive locations will offer Cadillac-certified maintenance and service, including recalls, software updates, and selected mechanical work.
The pilot phase begins in early 2026, with five initial sites — Hunzenschwil, Hinwil, Hünenberg, Schaffhausen, and Zurich-Albisrieden — followed by a progressive rollout across Switzerland.
For tire swaps, 70 locations are already onboarded and ready to support Cadillac owners as they prepare for the winter season. With an approximate coverage area of 350 km from Geneva to St. Gallen, Cadillac’s service network offers true nationwide reach. In densely populated areas like Zurich and Bern, the average distance between service locations is just 20–25 km, while rural regions benefit from locations spaced 40–50 km apart. This extensive network ensures timely, convenient service—wherever you drive.
