WHAT ARE CONNECTED SERVICES?

Cadillac Connected Services are available in all electric vehicles sold to retail customers by Cadillac Europe. Individuals who don't own the vehicle cannot activate the mobile app connected services. Connected services offer data coverage in the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Ireland, Slovenia, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Malta, Andorra, Cyprus, Gibraltar, Lichtenstein, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican City.

WHICH VEHICLES AND COUNTRIES OFFER CONNECTED SERVICES?

The Cadillac mobile app is currently available in Switzerland, Germany, France, and Sweden.

Ensure that your app store is set to one of these countries.

The Cadillac app is only available for electric vehicles.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I TRAVEL OUTSIDE OF THE COVERAGE AREA?

Once you’ve received your vehicle, activate your Cadillac Connected Services by following the steps below: 

 

  1. Download the Cadillac mobile app, select the country where you purchased your vehicle, and sign in with the myCadillac account you used to place your order (or create a new one).
  2. If your vehicle is not in the app yet, tap on your profile icon, select Add product, and manually add in your VIN. Then, click on Activate your LYRIQ
  3. If your vehicle is already in the app, tap on your profile icon, and select Manage my products. Then, select your vehicle and tap Get connected
  4. Connect your phone to the vehicle via Bluetooth or cable, making sure Apple CarPlay or Android Auto is active. 
  5. Tap on Start activation, complete all steps in the mobile app, and accept any prompts on the infotainment display.
  6. Turn off your vehicle, wait two minutes, log out from the mobile app and then sign in again. You should now see remote commands and vehicle health features enabled.

*Available for up to 8 years after first vehicle registration. Connectivity is dependent on compatible wireless networks provided by third-party wireless service providers and other factors outside Cadillac control. Services subject to change.
